Cutting System TTC-100

With the TTC-100 label cutting and folding machine, Focus remain at the leading edge of 'Soft edge' Ultrasonic Cutting Technology, and introduce a new budget label cutting system with Ultrasonic or standard cold cut technology label systems.

The TTC-100 Systems are supplied with automatic control unwind, computer control feed & measuring system, high definition photo eye for register stability, cold cutting knife for coated fabrics or ultrasonic cutting blade for desirable soft edge woven fabrics. An automatic stacker is also included with focused anti-static system for lightweight fabrics. The TTC-100UF is supplied with a folding attachment.

The system is simple to set up through its touch key panel allowing fast set up and change-overs with the ability to store & recall previous jobs through a file system. Focus have been pioneers in the development of ultrasonic cutting technology providing a variety of practical solutions for stand-alone machinery or with printing equipment combining the printing & cutting into a single operation.

The table top system provides a low cost solution to the high demand of single cut or folded printed labels, increasing production capacity of the label cutting department and in-house apparel producers alike.
