Ink for Textiles

Ideal for garment labels, decorative ribbons, self­adhesive and all other types of fabric used in label industry. Developed by leading ink technicians INK TEC, in association with Focus Label Machinery Ltd., TEX­PRINT is recommended for use with Focus fabric presses and all other known makes of rotary fabric printing presses. Inks are available in a range of standard Pantone colours and are suitable for use on a wide range of fabrics and textiles. TEX­PRINT has been specially formulated to reduce oven curing time to just one hour, thus increasing productivity and shortening turn around time, whilst producing increased depth of colour and washability for optimum performance.

• Fully heat cured after only one hour, in a standard curing oven at 125 °C.
• Increased depth of colour and improved coverage on solid areas, even on difficult to print textiles.
• Reduced ink wastage. Unused ink can be returned to its container.
• No need for thinners or retarders, when in frequent use.
• No set off at rewind, when reverse printing.
• Thoroughly wash tested to industry standards ­ C4A, C5, C6, C8, C15, AATCC./61/132/8/3.
• Full range of Pantone base colours tested for toxicity to OEKO­TEX standards 102 & 105, certificate number 08­4661. Conforms to BS5665, no toxins or heavy metals found.
