The following is a short help page on our Web site. If you are having
problems retrieving information from our Web and the difficulty is not resolved
by reading this help page, then please email us giving a clear description of
the nature of the problem or difficulty.
Q) How do I play the movies?
A. The movies are video clips that are designed to play in your media player (whichever one your computer or Web browser is set up to use - frequently the Windows Media Player). They are all quite large and will be slow to run over a standard dial-up internet connection, but faster if you have ISDN or Broadband Internet Access. As an alternative to waiting for them to download in your media player, you can also save them to your hard disc and then view them. Full length, more detailed versions of the movies are available on a CDROM available by contacting Focus Label Machinery with your request.
Q) How do I get around your site?
A. The main menu has rectangular menu bar buttons with labels. You can tell they are active buttons if they change colour when you move the mouse pointer over them. Click the relevant buttons to access the information.

This button will allow you either to save a product brochure (a PDF file) to your hard disc or to print it from a new window. Most brochures will print on A4 "Portrait" format. A few of the brochures need to be printed in "Landscape" format. This will be obvious from their width when displayed on screen |  |
This button will start your movie viewer software (e.g. Windows Media Player). The actual movie files could take some time to download (3 - 15 Mbytes). Alternatively they could be saved to hard disc for later viewing. |
