How do I use this Web site?

The following is a short help page on our Web site. If you are having problems retrieving information from our Web and the difficulty is not resolved by reading this help page, then please email us giving a clear description of the nature of the problem or difficulty.

Q) How do I play the movies?

A. The movies are video clips that are designed to play within the web page. By double clicking the movie, it will play full-screen at lower resolution (press the "Esc" key to return to normal web page view). Higher resolution versions of the movies are available on a CD ROM available by contacting Focus Label Machinery with your request.

Q) How do I get around your site?

A. The main menu is at the top of every page. Some product ranges (Flexographic & Textile) have additional buttons to access all the members of the product family at the foot of the page. One or two pages may have the buttons or to access these additional assets.

Q) How do I search for things on your site?

A. Most pages have a "search box" in the top right hand corner. It works in a similar way to the major search engines on the Internet. It attempts to match the search terms you enter against keywords and text on the Website pages. You can enter one or more search terms separated by spaces or you can enter a short phrase in double quotes to look for an exact match. A list of links to our web pages will be presented when you press the "search" button. The page title, a fragment of the text on that page with your search term(s) highlighted, the actual web file address and matching information will appear in order of "relavance". Clicking the top, title line will navigate you directly to the appropriate page.
